Fast Friday

I'm gonna keep this quick.
I've got a bunch of offices to clean before we relax into the fun weekend ahead.

I started these guys two days ago.  150 mg. of Clomid.
They haven't bothered me a bit.  No "Clomid crazies" here, thankfully.
And that's all on that for now.  I'm soaking up these free and easy days.
***
Chloe came over on Tuesday.  We made the best of a cloudy day and hung out inside with the kitties.

When Kelly told Chloe she was spending the day with Mimi,
her response was "Purse! Mimi purse!"
So, we had to "play purse."

She learned what every girl should never leave home without.
Like, part of their bikini top...which also can be used as a headband in case you were wondering.
And deodorant...you never know when you're gonna stink!

We took a treat break.

Whisker Lickin's for the fluffies.

And blueberries for this beautiful babe.

We ended the day with a tickling session and smiles. <3
***

Wednesday and Thursday were near 100 degrees.  Stepping outside was like walking into a giant, sticky sheet of saran wrap.
My mom and I thought that sounded super appealing.
So, we went to the track like the nutsos that we are.

I walked. Mom ran.

Mom adjusting her sexy fannypack.
***

Last night, I found myself in the grocery store on a mission to find something that I could make for dinner.  Yeah, I need help, people.  I was having way too hard of a time.
Finally, I thought of an idea that I hoped wouldn't end with the Fire Department hosing our house down...

Taco Pizzas.
We had leftover ground beef.  So really, how could I mess up, right?!  All I had to do was throw some toppings together and place the Boboli in the oven.  Thankfully my friend, Jessica, gave me some pointers.  They turned out great and Steve loved it. (Though, he did say he was going to take the rest to work with him today...and I saw it sitting in the fridge this morning...Hmmm.)

hers.

his.
***

I picked up some funky and colorful cheap-o polishes for a whopping $6.

I washed my hair last night.  Sounds exciting, huh?! Trust me, it was!
I hadn't put shampoo to my head in a bit too many days.
I'm not even gonna say when...don't want to make you sick.
But I'll give you a clue...it wasn't Monday, and it rhymes with Funday.

can you see the grease pouring off my ends?
***

The creations that Jessica and I painted two weekends ago came in.

This is Jessica's. It turned out awesome!
My camera phone pic doesn't do it justice.

And my vase...
***

Well, my friends, that is all for today.  I'm wishing everyone a relaxing and wonderful weekend.
Thank you for all your kind words on my last post.
It is so very encouraging. <3<3<3

Now, go have yourself a

Love, Me and Mr. Chibbs.

I'll be back next week anticipating all we have headed our way. <3

You are so cute. And that Chloe- she is precious! :) Been thinking about you a lot- hope your good days have been overflowing dear. I know it can be a roller coaster of emotions... I'm hoping your highs have been longer than your lows, and your lows have made your appreciate the highs even more. Can't wait to see what God has in store for you guys- it will be fun to look back a year from now and see where He's taken you both!

Hope you've had a relaxing weekend with Steve!

So, Chloe is a doll, and I love your purse by they way....GORGEOUS! = ) Can you tell I am in the purse shopping mind frame, I am checking everyones purses out..hehe. I am going to definately try the taco pizza idea out. And by the way, who need shampoo anyways....especially when you are going to venture out in 100 degree heat to the track....too funny.

Take care and hugs.

Yay for no clomid crazies :). It never affected me either. Just getting caught up after the weekend and a few thoughts. 1 - I'm glad you have a plan you are comfortable with. 2 - you and your mom are crazy for walking/running in that heat! 3 - note to self: don't read Maria's blog while hungry. The fruit salad and pasta salad your mom made look delicious. As does the taco pizza and hot dog. 4 - wishing you the best this cycle!
